Nutrition and eating an appropriate diet supportive of muscle hypertrophy are key. Your trainer here at Olympian Bodies will help you design workouts tailored to suit your lean muscle gain goals while helping you develop proper meal plans.

Various training systems and exercises will be incorporated into your training to maximize results and keep things fresh. Some of the popular training systems your trainer will use with you are priority, pyramid, superset, contrast, complex, drop set, circuit, lactate tolerance, and negative set. Though there are numerous systems and techniques that can be used to cause muscle growth, they all must follow a consistent theme. For a muscle to be able to increase in size it must be stimulated by anabolic hormones. Your trainer will custom design a workout for your body and goals designed to stress the muscles enough to release the anabolic hormone response needed to promote hypertrophic response.

At the beginning of your training program your Olympian Bodies trainer will help you calculate your one rep max and go over your hypertrophy training guidelines specific to your program. This includes exercises, volume, intensity, rest interval, frequency, recovery, emphasis, and training system. You will also be shown how to keep a training log and receive follow up sessions on your progress and any dietary concerns. Exercises and routines are constantly changing to eliminate boredom and keep challenging your body to grow and transform.
